The Brian Joyeux pastry shop: Brian and Anastasia Joyeux dreamt, imagined and conceived it in 2014.
The Brian Joyeux showcase: every morning, Brian Joyeux and his team produces a new series of pastries, small cakes and pies, as well as 3 daily sweets according to the season and available greengroceries.
The Brian Joyeux workshop: weekly pastries
• Tuesday is always the eclair,
• Wednesday is the lemon meringue pie day,
• Le jeudi : c’est la journée des merveilleux et des Paris-Brest,
• And Friday it is the millefeuille and Tropezienne pie.
